Interview
This was one of the more awkward interviews I’ve had in a while. It was a scheduled phone call, and when I answered, the interviewer just said their name (no intro, no explanation of their role, the company, or the position). I did my research beforehand, so I knew all of that, but it was just very odd. The whole thing felt really robotic. There wasn’t any effort to get to know me or have a conversation and it just felt like they were checking a box. The questions were also surprisingly technical for what seemed like an HR screening.
Overall, the vibe was rushed and impersonal. Definitely didn’t leave me with a great impression of the company or how they value candidates. I don't think I would have come back for a second interview if they asked me.

The interview itself was very easy but it can take a long time to finish the interview and hiring process. I mean it can take months at times, like several months
