Thorough process with hiring manager as well as CEO. Thoughtful questions and was a helpful and interesting discussion. Process moved smoothly and was transparent throughout. Phone first and then in person interview. Each were 60-90 minutes.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arivale (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Their interview process was very quick. I did a phone screen with a recruiter and then a phone screen with hiring manager. They brought me in for one round of 5 in-person interviews. Then, they made me a job offer that same day.

Question 1
What was a challenge you experienced working on one of your projects?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Arivale (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2018
Interview
Pretty length and unorganized review process. Very surprised I did not get the offer actually. It consisted with 3 rounds of interviews with several individuals within a sales and marketing team. Ultimately when asking fundamental job descriptions, the sales manager did not have one. Very unorganized and basically went day by day trying new strategies with no future plan. Their sales channel focus is based on using instagram stars to advertise their product (asking for donations essentially). The product has a cool science but does not stand a chance in being marketable. Salary was okay'ish for Seattle area, however they cap bonuses and with no future in sight. Was advised to run for the hills when reviewing the employment history of the sales/marketing team and organization skills but continued anyway. Overall this is run by inexperienced people with no goals or plan for a future of the company.
