I applied online. I interviewed at Arizona Healthcare Solutions (Arizona City, AZ) in Jan 2025
Interview
Interview went well very friendly. I felt at ease the entire time and not pressured. Interviewer also made me feel at ease. I was asked a series of questions but felt it all flowed.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Arizona Healthcare Solutions (Washington, DC) in Jan 2017
Interview
Everything was done on the phone. The agency wanted me start early as I can. She email me all the paper works to sign online.and told me to go this place to work.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arizona Healthcare Solutions (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2015
Interview
I was given the opportunity to meet with my dedicated recruiter (who is also an RN), over a complimentary lunch, in the Space Needle, at Starbucks - or a one-way or two-way video interview, from my phone, and/or PC/Labtop; but I'm a stickler for meeting in person (especially if it's a registry); and after 30 minutes (we met at "40th Floor Starbucks"), and I actually knew I finally found the right employment company - SOOO relieved!!! :)
Long-story-short - I've been working F/T for the last 1.5yrs, and never been happier in my life, as well as making quite a bit more $$$!
They are definitely sticklers when it comes to QA. Credentials were a big topic, as well as my commitment to honoring my word, as she reiterated they have a ZERO TOLERANCE for no call/no shows (which I'm actually glad; if it were my patients and my licence was on the line, I WOULD NEVER do that to anyone....as I've seen SOOOO much worse at many other agencies.)
Interview questions were detailed, yet traditional, in most aspects.

Question 1
Again, I was asked (3x) about the level of certainty that all of my credentials were in order, to ensure they could get me started by the date I requested (I quit Banner, as a OR, Nurse Sup, to work in the same role, encompassing the same responsibilities, at a better facility - although I still like Banner - just not as much! :) - and for $8/hr more, and that was only my first 13 weeks; now I make $14.24/hr more!! Woooohooo ladies!!! :):)
