Arizona Healthcare Solutions interview questions

Everything was done on the phone. The agency wanted me start early as I can. She email me all the paper works to sign online.and told me to go this place to work.

I was given the opportunity to meet with my dedicated recruiter (who is also an RN), over a complimentary lunch, in the Space Needle, at Starbucks - or a one-way or two-way video interview, from my phone, and/or PC/Labtop; but I'm a stickler for meeting in person (especially if it's a registry); and after 30 minutes (we met at "40th Floor Starbucks"), and I actually knew I finally found the right employment company - SOOO relieved!!! :) Long-story-short - I've been working F/T for the last 1.5yrs, and never been happier in my life, as well as making quite a bit more $$$! They are definitely sticklers when it comes to QA. Credentials were a big topic, as well as my commitment to honoring my word, as she reiterated they have a ZERO TOLERANCE for no call/no shows (which I'm actually glad; if it were my patients and my licence was on the line, I WOULD NEVER do that to anyone....as I've seen SOOOO much worse at many other agencies.) Interview questions were detailed, yet traditional, in most aspects.
