Arizona State Hospital interview questions

Not really a difficult question but it was just something I had never had before. They read a question and then while I was answering the question, they started writing what I was saying. Because this was something I wasn't expecting, I was a little flustered at first. Once I got used to the format of the interview, it was completely fine.
