Interview
I graduated from ATU in 2008 with a bachelors. I think I made one C in college. I applied for at least two jobs at ATU before 2004 and have continued to do so about once a year or more since then for more than two decades. I have never even gotten an email response or any response (More than one time when I got an email three months later that I didn’t get the job). I did get an interview in February of this year after getting the attention of HR (I personally know most of the people working there). I never heard back or got a response of any kind from the interview despite multiple multiple emails that were ignored. The interview was very easy and I was asked during the interview if I thought it went well. I guess I know why it went so well – because I am not an individual that will ever be considered for a job here.
The interview was pretty simple, was given a list of scenarios that are common when working at residence life. For example, if a student lost their key what should you do? Or if a sink was leaking at an alarming rate what should you first action be? Most of the choices were acceptable you just had to explain your answer to the question in a logical manner.
