Interview
First some padronized tests that most graduate positions ask for now then i believe there was a hirevue interview where the questions were very basic. Different from othr experiences I had you couldnt re-do your answer in this one.
Can you give a concrete example of an idea or project that others thought was too unrealistic or ambitious? How did you handle this resistance, and what was the outcome?
Can you provide a concrete example of a situation where you had to step outside your comfort zone to adapt to a new environment? What learnings from this experience will you apply to the graduate programme?
Please give two concrete examples: one where you demonstrated strong leadership behaviours, and one where you did not. What did both experiences teach you about leadership?
Can you give a concrete example of a time when you took deliberate steps to improve yourself personally? What steps did you take, and what did you learn from this experience?
