Arlon Graphics interview questions

A face-to-face with the EMEA business director in a neutral setting (hotel meeting space). A structured but informal discussion on my competencies. and experiences. The next step was two Teams based interviews with the Senior VP of Marketing in the US and a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Due to remote working all interviews done by video conference except final interview. The CEO was involved at an early stage and it was casual but detailed. The final interview was held locally, kudos to Arlon for investing time and money for the process which could have been outsourced .
