Fairly standard, but most if not all interviewers arrived unkempt and what seems like unprepared for the interview… As someone who has mainly worked at startups, agencies, and small/relaxed business structures this was still alarming and disappointing considering how many MONTHS it took them to send a rejection email, which simply stated they close the position. The talent acq team is lazy and unprofessional, as I followed up twice about feedback and next steps to simply be ghosted. I knew 2 weeks after the last interview I wouldn’t be getting the job but honestly don’t waste your time with these losers. This isn’t just “start up growing pains” they fully have no idea what the heck they’re doing and it’s awkwardly apparent by how the interviews are conducted. Only 1 (the panel) of the 4 interviews I did were run by employees actually asking industry-relevant questions and not expecting me to fill up the space with my words.
