Army National Guard interview questions

The interview process is very easy. So long as you are passionate to lead, care for your subordinates, and have some insight on what your role will entail you will fare well during the interview and thereafter.

Clear cut. Expectations were laid out. People were kind and displayed an open culture. The Army isn’t for everyone, but they offer equal opportunity (unless you’re trans). Obviously they should reverse policy on trans people not being allowed in the military.
