Our award-winning Digital Product Development department has industry-leading standards. This is why we provide a technical test at the outset of the process – it helps us to better understand if candidates will be able to meet these standards on a day-to-day basis in the role, and be comfortable with our high expectations.
Unfortunately, your test did not meet the specific criteria we were marking it on, and in light of this, it would have been unfair to you to prolong the experience by inviting you for interview.
Of course it’s disappointing to put time and effort into an application only to find out it wasn’t successful. We’ve all been there. Because we can’t give feedback to every person who applies, we do make it clear on our job adverts that only those who are successful will be contacted for interview.
On this occasion, it wasn’t the right fit, but we wish you all the very best with your future career.
