Arnold & Itkin LLP interview questions

Submitted resume through a resume drop program, invited for interview with one associate over Zoom about three weeks later. I was informed of their decision on the next day via email.

Asked me when I was planning on having kids. Told me they would normally throw my resume in the garbage bc it came from a recruiter. Found out later they generally don’t hire women of child bearing age and it’s miserable to work there if you have a family.
