Interview
I have got a call regarding interview from this company. Being conscious about all poor reviews about this company I decided to take a shot at it.
1) First of all, I was given 30 MCQ questions based on c#, DOT Net, and SQL which can be done easily.
2) Then I was given a form to fill with details like Name, Experience, Degree along with some options to tick:
a) Are you agree to sign 2-Year service bond with the company?
b) Are you agree to submit your 10th, 12th certificates and any two certificates of graduation degree?
c) Are you agree to work from 09:15 AM to 07:00 PM?
d) Are you agree to work for 6 days a week?
e) Are you agree to work for some extra time if it is necessary?
I agreed to all except b).
3) Then Technical round took place for about an hour. It was simple, most of the questions were asked from C# and Dot Net, some questions were based on SQL "Joins", "partition by" and "stored procedure".
4) Then they provided a system where I have to create a web form to take input values from user and save them to a database table and based on all values from that database table a GridView to show all data with edit option associated with each. When the user clicks edit option you supposed to show that values in input fields, where the user can modify them and the user hits the update button all values should be updated in DB as well.
5) Then HR came and started by asking "Tell me about your self?" and just after that, she told me that two-year service bond and submission of certificates is the policy of this company and it is compulsory. She also explained that if you want to leave before completing two-year service agreement you have to submit 60,000 INR to get your certificates back.
So I declined the offer as it's not the matter of rupees or service bond but one should not submit his certificates to any.
One more important thing: this company works only in the field of WCF and WPF.
The behavior of Technical interviewer, HR, and other staff was all over good.
