Interview
There were two interviews, both of which were very informal. Each interview lasted approximately 25 minutes. The interviews were both conducted as general personality screenings. The questions were not tailored to the position available and the interviewers did not ensure that my background would meet the needs of the position.

I had two interviews with two partners. The first was very informal, more of a social meeting. The second was also laid back, but discussed my experience and attributes, and learned about the firm and the department specifically.
