I received an email from Array more than a month after applying. Before ever speaking with a real person, I was asked to complete ~10 open-ended questions. This feels like a lazy screening process, if you’re interested in a candidate, you can invest 15 minutes in a conversation. After submitting the responses, I was rejected with no feedback and zero human interaction. Overall, it was a time investment with no return and no respect for the candidate’s time. I would not recommend applying here based on this experience.

It was very straight forward and Sony gave me great information about the position and next steps. She was very transparent about what the role entailed and what tools I would need to know to for the rest of the process.
