Arriba Juntos interview questions

The only thing I will say about the interview that afterwards, I was hired right on the spot. It was a warning sign that they're desperate for people. Also, the interview process should have been more thorough. I feel like they rushed it.

I was a student attending the employment training class for youth. After the training, I continued coming to look for work and came to volunteer to help out in some events. Three months later, I received a phone call regarding if I was interested to attempt a position opened. I had no experience regarding social service but I was willing to try. I came to the interview. Showed a lot of interest and the willingness to do the work. I started my work the other day.
