Overall, my interview experience with Arrive Logistics was outstanding from start to finish. My first interview with Avery was over the phone, and it was very informative and welcoming. She did a great job explaining the role, the culture, and what to expect moving forward. It felt more like a genuine conversation than a formal interview, which immediately made me feel comfortable and excited about the opportunity. My second interview was in person at the Austin office, and it exceeded every expectation I had. Getting to tour the office and see the energy on the sales floor firsthand was incredible. You could feel the competitive and collaborative culture the moment you walked in. Meeting with the BDR manager was the highlight for me. The conversation flowed naturally, and it confirmed everything I had heard about Arrive being a place where hard-working people can truly thrive. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. Every person I interacted with made me feel valued and genuinely excited to be part of the team.
