Found the posting online and submitted an application. A recruiter for Arrow called me and set up a phone screen. After the phone screen, I was invited in for an in-person interview with the manager of the team. After that, I was invited back for another in-person interview with a few members of the team.

Easy to use scheduling system, interviews were anywhere between 30-45 minutes, and I had 3 or 4 interviews (last one was an in-person interview with upper leadership). Overall good experience.
