Arrow International interview questions

I applied online, and then was contacted by an HR person for an initial telephone interview. It went really well, and the person told me I was going to be recommended for the next step in the hiring process. Despite following up, I never heard from them again.

There were several rounds of interviews where the same talking points were discussed but by different members of HR. One of them completely ghosted me. Another sent me an email that was clearly meant for one of my references. They told me some things that I found out later were untrue. I had an in-person interview afterwards that went far better when I actually got to know the people who I was going to work with and that’s what convinced me to take the offer.
