My first contact was a request for an interview from the secretary followed by an in person interview with (first the residential supervisor) then the division manager. What they ask is general questions about why you want the position ECT. What they are looking for us detail oriented individual with clear objectives and ideas and who can think clearly in stressful circumstances. It is important to lead the client but not mother the client, as the goal is independence. It's a good place to work for people who want to be there.
