Unfortunately, I don't remember the women's name who interviewed me but it was at the Watson location back in April. I have 2+ years of teller experience at another Credit Union, but it had been 2 years since I worked as a teller. All throughout the interview the woman didn't even ask me questions about performance or on-the-job scenarios. She was familiar with the CU I worked at previously & kept asking about incentives for participating in loan goals. Since it had been 2 years or so since I had worked at the previous CU I couldn't remember exact incentives & was struggling to understand what that had to do with the position I was applying for. Upon leaving the interview I felt like the woman was just asking me questions to prove I had worked there. It was extremely odd, considering they could just call my previous employer to verify my time there. I never received a call letting me know if I got the position or not, which is unprofessional. The woman was very unwelcoming & seemed like she thought I was a liar. It was all very odd. However, the Hiring Manager I spoke with on the phone/via email was very nice & transparent. So it was confusing & disappointing to leave an interview where I felt I was being perceived as a liar. I wouldn't recommend interviewing at 8651 Watson Rd.
