Application followed by critical thinking test. Second round consisted of a group interview discussing an infographic. Final round was a one to one interview with two partners on my CV
Three stages: online application, group interview and individual interview. Overall a good experience, the partners who interview the trainees were really nice but the group interview is very intense. The online application is the largest hurdle, it's much easier to make an impression in person.
