Since I was the first dedicated Quality Assurance employee that was recruited by the company, it was a fast process. Darren came up to me and showed me what we currently had for QA and where we'd like to be. That's all I needed! The interview process has changed drastically over the years and is much more structured now and I've also help set it up!

Independent Task + Video Interview. Prior to the video interview, demonstrate your ability to understand the software's system and navigate through it correctly through a variety of different sections. Complete the tasks assigned. During the video interview, will be asked questions whilst the hiring manager reviews the tasks completed. Assessment Centre Demonstrate Excel skills and ability to work with one another.
