Approached via recruitment consultant, salary bracket was below my recent income baseline, consultant encouraged organisation to increase salary bracket based on my experience and fit for for the role. They asked me to attend 90 minute panel interview, then gave me feedback and asked me to do more work in preparation for another meeting, then asked me to complete a timed psychometric test, then cancelled the follow up meeting.
