the first email I’ve ever get from HR Iryna was hey, thanks for your cv, here’s the art test (?!?!?) no first call, no details about the team or project(they mentioned the name though, thanks lol), the work is remote but the time zone is also a secret. additionally, they didn’t want to disclose the salary range before I finish the test(probably it’s THAT small), the test is free (of course) how am I supposed to be interested in the position if I don’t know the salary range? in your logic you should hire me first and then I’ll show you my skills 😆 anyways, good luck finding desperate artists who will be leaving as soon as they find any other open position.
