Interviewed with the VP after getting referred for the intern position. Very laid-back, asked about my experience in the related industries since I did Design in school. Had a second interview with the company President a week later, and it was very similar.

Very easy interview process. I was asked a number of good questions, as well as took a knowledge test. The test was not too difficult, although it did seem a bit too long.
