What do you consider to be the key principles of effective partnership working? Can you give an example of how you have developed and maintained an effective partnership? What did it achieve? Tell us about a complex project you have been involved in – tell us about the different elements that had to be considered (ie finance, business planning, governance etc), and how did you ensure success? What do you want to achieve in the first six months in the role?
