Arvoia interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter who first sent me the job specifications. Shortly after that, an interview with a lead was scheduled to get insight into my previous experiences. It was followed by another similar interview with a Senior Engineer. No technical questions were asked, just my experiences and their work environment was discussed. The company never followed up further.

Overall it was more focus in behavioural aspects the few technical questions that were asked were not that hard . It is quick and simple. The interviewers in the first impression were very friendly and pleasant in general
