The interview process was smooth but lengthy. I had a great recruiter and she kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was initially turned down for the role but when I reached out for additional feedback, I was asked if I’d be interested in a similar role later in the year. I had a phone screening, an interview with the hiring manager, 3 round 30min each 1:1 interviews, a 1:1 interview with the supervisor, then the final presentation. Although it was a lot, it’s definitely worth it and Asana really cares about their culture so they want to try their best to be sure about the person they’re hiring.
