The HM is very friendly & sincere & polite & honest, it was overall a very pleasant process. It's not like usual process which always want you to introduce about yourself first, instead the HM let you ask questions to clarify any of your doubts first then only proceed, so I feel that I am fully respected and this is a very fair and welcomed action.
