The hiring process was a little long it took almost a month from interview to first day of work. The interview was interesting. The supervisor took the time to thoroughly explain the position and ask questions determining if you were a good fit as far as work ethic was concerned. There was also a peer interview portion where you were allowed to shadow a current employee and determine if the job was a good fit and if you were a good fit for the team. I overall enjoyed the process.
