There was two assessments online before an in person interview. The first assessment was a microsoft excel application test where they monitor your screen while taking the test. They give you documents to adequately prepare and is pretty straight forward. The level of excel was intermediate - advanced. The other portion was a case study that they assess you on over skype and was pretty difficult. To my knowledge they are just examining your thought process. After passing those assessments there is an in person interview with upper level management which is a pretty straight forward interview. Very basic questions, just trying to see if you are a good fit. Nothing too difficult.
