I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ascension
Interview
I was first interviewed one on one with my would be manager. That went well, so I was scheduled for a peer interview with coworkers I would support directly as well as managers from other departments I would be working with. It was a positive experience. They were very general interview questions and I showed excitement, was upbeat, and gave a high energy interview which seemed to earn me mega points. I became good friends with one of my interviewers who later told me that combination of enthusiasm and energy guaranteed me that spot. I have since helped give peer interviews at the campus after my own and if you aren't high energy and up beat, they will look elsewhere.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Very general interview questions, for example, tell me about a time you had to resolve a conflict with a coworker
The process is detailed and engaging, it does take around 30 days start to finish to final acceptance letter but is also spotty depending on recruiter availability. I found the actual 1 on 1 interview with leaders to be most helpful, informative and forthcoming.

I applied online. I interviewed at Ascension in Mar 2025
Interview
It's a short phone call interview from a recruiter. She called to clarify the responsibilities of the role that may not match with the job posting on the website and asked a couple of questions. It was quick and simple.
