Laid back interview with behavioral questions to assess personality. There were three interview screens. One was with the HR recruiter and the other was with the nursing manager. During COVID, all the interviews were through the phone.

It was a straightforward interview process starting with an online application, then a couple week wait time until I heard back for an interview in person. Interview was with managers of department, quick and straight forward with questions on how you deal with difficult patients and situations among coworkers.
