Interview
They forgot they had an interview scheduled with me. Red flag #1. First I was interviewed by an RN which is not who I was told I’d be interviewed by. Then the supervisor for the unit I was interviewing for walks in about 30 mins later. Overall the process was very long and drawn out for no reason.

It was a straightforward interview process starting with an online application, then a couple week wait time until I heard back for an interview in person. Interview was with managers of department, quick and straight forward with questions on how you deal with difficult patients and situations among coworkers.
