After 2 rounds and almost a month, the internal recruiter called me to say I had extremely positive feedback would be getting an offer by the end of the week. I never got the offer. I was ghosted. This is a new low. I have never been told I was getting an offer, then ghosted. My email asking for an offer update went ignored. I finally got in touch with a different recruiter internally who told me the job went to another candidate. This is a terrible reflection on this company. ZERO decency. Telling candidates they will get an offer....then ghosting? Pathetic.

Interview
After a positive interview with hiring Mgr, I was told I was being moved forward. Then I was told there was a hiring freeze. Two weeks later they told me the position was funded again and I was brought back for final interview. It went well and I was asked to submit 5 references who were asked to fill out a skills survey on my behalf. That was completed with positive feedback. Yet once again the role was pulled out and I was told they are re-evaluating their need. Throughout these unprofessional ebbs and flows, the HR recruiter blow off scheduled meetings with me, and was generally very delayed in providing me updates. Very negative experience and unprofessional approach to hiring. Tread with caution.
