--- My Interview Experience: I recently attended an interview for the position of Associate Software Engineer at Paltek. The process began with an online aptitude and coding test, consisting of 3 DSA-based coding questions and logical reasoning. The questions mainly focused on arrays, strings, and recursion. After clearing the test, I was shortlisted for the technical interview. The interviewer asked me to explain my project and asked in-depth questions on Java, OOPs, and database concepts like joins and normalization. I was also given a coding problem to solve live, which involved optimizing a matrix traversal. The HR round was friendly, and they assessed my communication skills, adaptability, and career goals. Overall, the experience was smooth, and I appreciated the balance of technical depth and personal interaction.
