Asian Metal interview questions

The initial interview had a good atmosphere and the general manager interview session was a pressure interview. During the stress interview, the managing director of the company constantly questioned every important decision the interviewee had made in their past life, denying their value and significance, and constantly pressuring them.

Short, standard interview process. Nothing out of the ordinary. Only there about 30 minutes total. Received a call the next day. Was asked to start the following Monday which I did.
