I applied online. I interviewed at Aspire Lifestyles (Chelmsford, MA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Received an initial phone interview than came in for a 1 on 1. Was offered the job almost immediately. The bar is set incredibly low at this company. Its my impression that they hire people in bulk then slowly dwindle down the number. The entire hiring process is embarrassing (for them)

I applied online. I interviewed at Aspire Lifestyles (New York, NY)
Interview
- Online assessment: Researched based activities relevant to the job. Math assessment for comprehension.
- Teams audio interview: Asked standard interview questions. How would you help find a specific clothing item a customer is looking for? Very easy questions in my opinion.

The process was pretty easy and a speedy one. You get to know if you have got the job or not in time. Questions were normal and interviewer was also very nice
Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aspire Lifestyles (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2023
Interview
Initial interview with Recruiter, pretty straight forward; asked questions about previous work experience (including customer service & call centre experience), why I was leaving my job/field, what i was looking for in a position, etc. A connectivity assessment was also done during this interview to make sure that my internet was up to their standard.
After that initial interview was complete, I had a secondary interview with a TL shortly after (an hr or two later).
