      I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AspireHR (New York, NY) in Jun 2022

      Interview

      To be clear, I only interviewed but wasn't offered the opportunity. Why?!?! Because this company only values people who can "bring leadership qualities" eventhough they lack a vast majority of the technical skills. That should tell you all you need to know about this company's "Core Values". If you're offered the opportunity to interview, proceed with caution and skepticisms. You could be a Top Notch Candidate in their eyes and they'll go well out of their own way to tell you that but that only solidifies your chances of rejection over acceptance. And they're an HRIS Implementation Provider too!!

We’ve heard from other candidates that they appreciated our professional candor as many other companies they interviewed don’t always show the same courtesy. In your case, you are correct. You lacked critical leadership traits and experience that we believe to be important for the leadership role you were interviewing.
