Aspiring Minds Executive Vocational Client Servicing interview questions

Weird job with lots of weird promises. Out of 4.5 lpa promised barely managed 20k that too after leaving the interview in a limbo. Initial was 15k. Was encouraged to believe iim students are willing to work for this position at base salary. Was even told that may have to work on weekends too(including national holidays). Work load demands round clock presence. Unrealistic job profile that wont help in core exp build up in any way. Nice office though. Seemed like an unethical venture , that too with govt of indias skill india initiative. Whole process involved a written assesment, followed by two interviews. Basically job is helping govt of india conduct skill india assesment for vocational courses.
