I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aspromonte Marketing (Cherry Hill, NJ) in Nov 2018
Interview
Went through 3 interviews, two in person and one on the phone. The in person interviews were wonderful, and everybody there was so friendly. Not to mention in the second interview, my team lead who interviewed me was super prepared with packets and papers on what exactly to expect when working with this company.

Interview
The first interview was short but effective. I met with CEO Nick Aspromonte who was very nice and welcoming. He and his employees made the interview process much less intimidating and stressful than others I have been engaged in. The second interview was the next day with Assistant Director, Il. Il was a really cool guy and extremely thorough. The opportunity that they provide was clearly mapped out and explained well. He asked a number of questions about how I might fit in at the company and whether or not I would enjoy doing this type of work. Definitely a very positive interview experience. I was unable to accept the position due to financial constraints and geographic location but would have loved to join their team. I would recommend Aspromonte to anyone looking to start a career in Marketing/Sales/Management.

Interview
Rushed and felt a little sleazy at the end of the interview. I felt cat fished. What they described over the phone was misleading. They weren't straight forward about salary expectations.
