Assembly Associate Director interview questions

I had a call with HR first and he missed the call meeting at first saying that he did not have the invite (but it’s sent by him). After that, he said there are two opportunities in two different teams so he would set up in-person interviews for me. No information was given about which team to see until on that day. After the interview, they said my profile had no managing experience while it was not the case. I tried to ask for more feedback but no response was given. HR then set up another in-person interview with another team. Again, no feedback after the interview and I had never heard back. This was terrible because 1) it wasted my 3-week worth of time 2) I do not feel being respected
