Assent LLC interview questions

I had 4 rounds of interviews with different managers. Very nice discussions, they are also very interested in you questioning them. The decision person is your direct boss. The interview with him was more like a discussion for him to understand your personality, how you think, how you act in certain situations etc.

You have the money and the license they will hire you. For a prop firm it is about the numbers and whether you are successful or not is really not of their concern. I have yet to find a company that cares about its traders as long as they make there vig. It is the way this business is
