I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AssistRx (Orlando, FL) in Mar 2016
Interview
Just too easy. No technical questions. The guy "Pepe" was not really engaged. Weeks later the recruiter followed up and told me that Pepe said "I wasn't a good cultural fit". This is a code for discrimination. I'm older but I have all the right skills. He should have snapped me up but this guy Pepe has his head up his but. I've probably accomplished more in my career than he and I was only on the market for a short time because the other company I interviewed with made me an offer out of the other 15 people they interviewed. I got the news when I was leaving the Assistrx interview and I accepted because I did not like Pepe. He's ego centric and they will change him one day.
Now, it's my 4th week at my new job and they told the recruiter that I was good match, doing well and have a good personality. This job is a very professional environment and I am the lead there. You be the judge. Assistrx was one of the worst interviews I've had. Their culture stinks!!!

Interview
Met with the IT V.P. and then met the developer leads, great experience. They gave me their full attention and answered any questions that i had. After the interview they told me they would be making a decision in a few days, I got the job offer the next day to which I happily accepted

Interview process requires you to complete a programming test, which entails finishing a working application. Then, the interviews are more about your personality rather than your amazing code skills.
