Recruiter found resume on job board and sent a very brief message about the opening. it took 3 emails from him before I looked deeper into the company. Since my resume had all the info he said he needed, our conversation was just to clarify some dates and actual job responsibilities for my previous roles. within a week I was on the phone with the VP of the department I would have been working in. Then a week and a half later I was brought in for an in office interview. I met the larger than live CTO, the CCO and the CEO. All great people.
