Interview
I was contacted by someone from AB's HR and followed with a 30 minute interview and two in-person interviews. I was told it was between me and one other candidate. A week went by and I figured I didn't get the job. I followed up and no response. This was a few years ago.
Recently, someone from HR reached out to me on LinkedIn. I spoke with them for about 45 minutes and it seemed to go well. Again, no response.
I'm not upset about not getting the job. I'm upset that it felt disrespectful of my time on each occasion. Please don't ghost applicants when they take time to apply and interview. Especially taking time out of working hours to drive onsite only to receive no follow-up.

Interview
Was contacted via email by Talent Acquisition to set up a phone screen with them; phone screen was followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager which was followed by in-person interviews with the hiring manager and their manager.
