Interview
La entrevista fue larga pero en ningún momento incomoda ni tediosa. Bastante llevadera. Te explican sobre la empresa, el puesto, beneficios, y al final de la entrevista tenes un espacio para hacer preguntas de alguna duda que quede.

Question 1
Hubo una instancia donde nos dieron una situación a resolver en grupo. Todo esto en inglés para evaluar tu nivel, ya que el puesto era para bilingual customer service.
2 entrevistas, las dos grupales, Avancé en la primera. Una parte era en español, otra en inglés. Te hacía 2 preguntas, tardó 1 hora. Éramos alrededor de 12 personas en la reunión. Para la siguiente instancia te dan un caso que te envían por mail y te haran preguntas sobre él.

Fue una entrevista grupal, 2 preguntas en inglés:
1) What makes good customer service?
2) Describe a time you received negstive feedback
Straight forward process, initial phone chat and then a face to face competency interview so you need to be prepared with examples and explain your answers, the team show you around and then sign you out and few days later you get your outcome.
