Informal skype interview, kind of like a chat. A few questions were asked about my experience with children or teaching, have I traveled in Asia, which cities in china would I be interested in working in. Talked about franchise schools and company owned schools. I was told about the typical Chinese way of teaching and the Aston way of teaching as oppose to asked how much do I know about it. Also asked would I mind parents being in the classroom (and told about the purpose for them being there). Yey also explained the purpose of the Chinese teacher being with you while teaching was to assist in controlling the class and dealing with discipline. And he explained the FT's purpose is more to teach some english and make the kids have fun.
