Got engineer's email at University Career Faire, they got back to me in about a month with a phone screening followed by a timed take-home project and finally a whiteboard style interview with a current SWE. Might be biased, but I thought that everyone I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful which gave me a good impression of Astranis.
