The skype interview was roughly 45 minutes long. Average to difficult. Some of the questions were the usual ones, others were based on case scenarios so the difficulty ultimately depends on previous
relevant field experience. All panel members were very professional. I heard back around 20 days after the interview was conducted. What I did not like was that the e-mail I got was in its entirety copied-pasted from the internet, up to the "very trully yours" at the end, which is not very respectful and makes the feedback given meaningless.
One written test and one one-hour interview with someone from HR, the legal team lead, and the head of programs. A mix of situational, competency, and direct questions. Was challenging but did push me to understand my own motivation and why I wanted this role so badly.
